1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DueBook mobile application and associated web services ("Services"), developed and operated by TSR Mobile Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DueBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or use the application.

Non-Lending Declaration

2. Description of Service & Non-Lending Declaration

DueBook is a digital ledger, transaction recording, and bookkeeping tool designed to assist shop owners, traders, and small businesses in organizing customer and supplier ledger entries, calculating cash totals, and scheduling payment reminders.

  • DueBook is strictly a personal and business bookkeeping and record-keeping software application.
  • DueBook is NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), money lender, credit bureau, or lending institution.
  • DueBook does NOT offer, facilitate, disburse, underwrite, or collect personal loans, business credit, payday loans, or microfinance.
  • DueBook does NOT make automated financial credit decisions, evaluate credit scores, or calculate interest charges.

3. User Accounts & Google Sign-In

  • Authentication: Cloud synchronization and backup features require authentication via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
  • Single-Device Policy: DueBook operates on a single-device-per-account model for security. Attempting to bypass device verification or share credentials across unauthorized concurrent devices is prohibited.

4. User Data Ownership & Accuracy

  • Ownership: You retain full and exclusive ownership of all customer records, supplier entries, transaction figures, and receipt photos entered into DueBook.
  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the authenticity, correctness, and legal compliance of all data entered into the application.
  • Third-Party Consent: You must ensure you have appropriate permission from your customers and suppliers before adding their names and contact numbers.

5. No Financial, Tax, Accounting, or Legal Advice

DueBook is a self-service bookkeeping management tool. The application, its reports, calculators, and summary statements do NOT constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. DueBook is not a certified statutory auditing software. You should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional for formal compliance and tax filings.

6. UPI QR Code & Payment Disclaimer

  • Convenience Feature: DueBook allows you to configure your Merchant UPI ID (VPA) to generate standard static or dynamic UPI QR codes for payment collection.
  • Not a Payment Processor: DueBook is NOT a payment gateway, payment aggregator, or financial intermediary. DueBook does not handle, process, route, or hold funds.
  • Direct Settlement: All monetary payments occur directly between the customer's UPI app and your bank account via the NPCI UPI network. TSR Mobile Solution is not liable for payment disputes, failed transfers, or incorrect UPI VPAs.

7. Data Backup & Loss of Data Disclaimer

Because DueBook stores core ledger records locally on your device, local records may be lost if your device is damaged, lost, reset, or if the app is uninstalled without an active backup. While DueBook provides an optional, client-side encrypted Google Drive backup tool, TSR Mobile Solution shall not be held liable for loss of data resulting from device failures, operating system updates, or third-party cloud outages.

8. Prohibited Use & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for fraudulent, unlawful, or extortionate purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application code or security mechanisms.
  • Bypass the single-device security gate or attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, DueBook is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". In no event shall TSR Mobile Solution or its developers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law & Grievance Redressal

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
